Smart Type offers a full range of secretarial and PA support services, from word processing to database management :
PowerPoint documents
Text or graphics or both, working from a variety of original sources, from your template or one that can be created.
Word documents/reports
Most are text but often need diagrams or pictures inserted, working to your layout and requirements, page numbering, table of contents etc.
Transcription
From digital files or analogue cassette tapes. DSS, WMA, WAV, mp3, mpeg files are all formats that can be transcribed (although this list is not exhaustive).
Mail merge
For marketing mailshots, customer contact, etc., working from a database and merging contact details into a document, letter or contact communication. Printing, stuffing and posting can also be managed.
Copy typing
From typed or handwritten original sources.
Data entry
Into an Excel spreadsheet or other format.
Database management
Update existing information and verify accuracy, organisation of database to make it easy to use and useful.
General administration
Filing, invoicing, preparation for meetings.
Originals can be received by email, post, fax, CD-Roms, downloads or by hand, in various formats (hand written, partially typed or typed).
